MyBusinessFlow setup

Forward calls to your AI front desk.

Use the Voice AI number from your onboarding email, choose the setup that matches your phone line, then test one call.

Before you start

  1. 1Copy the Voice AI number from your onboarding email.
  2. 2Pick the one setup option that matches your current business line.
  3. 3Make one test call from a different phone before you close this page.

Choose one path

What owns your business number?

Start with the first matching option. The setup sections below open only when you need them, so the page stays easier to scan.

Most common

iPhone

Use this when your business number rings on an iPhone.

+
  1. 1Open Settings.
  2. 2Tap Apps, then Phone. On some iOS versions, Phone appears directly in Settings.
  3. 3Tap Call Forwarding.
  4. 4Turn Call Forwarding on.
  5. 5Tap Forward To and enter your MyBusinessFlow Voice AI number.
  6. 6Return to the Call Forwarding screen and make one test call.

If Call Forwarding is missing, your carrier may need to enable it on the line.

Samsung and Android phones

Android

Use this when your business number rings on an Android or Samsung phone.

+
  1. 1Open the Phone app.
  2. 2Tap More options, the three-dot menu.
  3. 3Tap Settings.
  4. 4Open Supplementary Services.
  5. 5Tap Call forwarding for the SIM that receives your business calls.
  6. 6Tap Voice Calls.
  7. 7Choose Always forward, enter your MyBusinessFlow Voice AI number, then turn it on.

Android labels vary by carrier and phone maker. Search Settings for Call forwarding if you do not see it.

Carrier code

Verizon

Use this when Verizon owns the business mobile or landline number.

+
  1. 1From the Verizon line, open the phone keypad.
  2. 2Dial *72 followed by the 10-digit MyBusinessFlow Voice AI number.
  3. 3Press Call and wait for the confirmation tone or message.
  4. 4Hang up after the forwarding confirmation.
  5. 5Call your business number from another phone to confirm the AI front desk answers.
  6. 6To turn forwarding off later, dial *73 from the Verizon line.

Verizon's all-call forwarding uses *72 plus the destination number. Use *73 to turn forwarding off.

Desk phone, VoIP, landline

Business Phone Provider

Use this for provider portals, desk phones, VoIP systems, or operator support.

+
  1. 1Open your provider admin portal or call provider support.
  2. 2Find call forwarding, call divert, or inbound routing for your main business number.
  3. 3Choose Always forward, Unconditional forward, or Divert all calls.
  4. 4Enter your MyBusinessFlow Voice AI number.
  5. 5If your number routes to a hunt group or menu, apply forwarding to the main inbound number, not just one handset.
  6. 6Save the change, then test from a separate phone.

If the provider asks for a forwarding type, choose the option that sends every inbound call to the Voice AI number.

Horizon reseller or admin

Gamma Horizon

Use this if your business phone system is Gamma Horizon or a Horizon reseller.

+
  1. 1Sign in to the Horizon web portal as an administrator.
  2. 2Find the user, main number, hunt group, or call group that receives your public business calls.
  3. 3Open Call Forwarding, Call Divert, or inbound routing settings.
  4. 4Set the destination to your MyBusinessFlow Voice AI number.
  5. 5For a main company number, ask your Horizon provider to apply the forward at the hunt group or main number level.
  6. 6Save, then call your public business number from another phone.

Horizon setups vary by reseller. The safest wording to support is: forward all inbound calls on the main business number to your Voice AI number.

Final check

Make one test call before you close the page.

If forwarding does not take effect after a few minutes, your carrier or phone provider may need to enable call forwarding on your account.
