Services
We provide:

- Managed Websites
- AI-generated content and images
You are responsible for giving us access to any accounts or materials we need to deliver the service. We may change or stop features at any time.
AI Content
- AI content may include errors or resemble other sources.
- We are not responsible for how this content is used.
Managed Websites
When you subscribe:
- We build, host, and manage your site.
- You own your business name, logo, and information you give us.
- We own the code, templates, structure, and hosting systems we use.
- If you cancel, we stop hosting your site.
- You have a license to use the finished website only while your subscription is active. You may not copy, clone, or host it elsewhere.
Payments
- We charge monthly for our services.
- Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
- All payments are final and non-refundable once service begins.
- You may cancel by emailing support@mybusinessflow.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- When you cancel or stop paying, your website goes offline and access ends.
Intellectual Property
- We keep ownership of all software, systems, and designs we provide.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse our website templates, code, or systems outside of our service.
- You keep ownership of your business materials and any data you give us.
- We use your data only to deliver our services.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any loss of profit, data, or other damages.
- We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or specific business outcomes.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
Termination
- You or we may end service at any time.
- After termination, access and hosted content are removed.
No Warranties
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted use.
Claims
You agree not to hold us responsible for any claim or cost from your use of our services or content.
Changes
- We may update these terms at any time.
- The latest version will appear on our website.
- Using our services after an update means you accept the new terms.
