  • Google user data, if you choose to connect your Google account — specifically access to your Google Calendar to read availability and create appointments.

We use the collected data to:

  • Operate and improve our scheduling and messaging services.
  • View your Google Calendar availability (with your permission) to propose or confirm appointment times.
  • Create new calendar events on your behalf when you book or confirm an appointment.
  • Send reminders and notifications about appointments.
  • Provide customer support and account updates.

3. Google User Data

If you connect your Google account, our app uses the Google Calendar API under the following scope:

This access allows our app to view, create, edit, and delete calendar events and calendars that you have access to in your Google account.

However, MyBusinessFlow only uses this access to:

  • View your calendar availability.
  • Create and manage events related to your booked appointments.
  • Keep your schedule updated for service confirmations or changes.

We do not:

  • Access any other Google data (such as Gmail, Drive, or Contacts).
  • Sell, rent, or share your Google data with third parties.
  • Use your Google data for advertising or marketing purposes.

You can revoke our app’s access to your Google data at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Data is retained only as long as needed to operate our services or comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Deletion and Revocation

You can request deletion of your account or any associated data by contacting us at support@mybusinessflow.com.

Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete your information from our systems unless we are required to retain it for legal or operational reasons.

You may also revoke our app’s access to your Google Account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page.

When access is revoked, MyBusinessFlow immediately loses the ability to view or manage your Google Calendar data.

6. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your service.

We honor all standard opt-out requests.
